Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days.

During high-demand periods (including product drops, sales, and holidays), processing times may be extended.

Orders are not processed on weekends or public holidays.

European Union: 5–7 business days

Rest of Europe: 7–10 business days

North America: 7–12 business days

Asia & Middle East: 8–14 business days

Oceania (Australia & New Zealand): 10–16 business days

Africa: 10–18 business days

Please note that international delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, local postal services, and peak periods. FALLACY is not responsible for delays caused by customs or circumstances outside our control.

Duties & Taxes

For orders outside the United Kingdom, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon delivery. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in your order total or shipping cost. We recommend checking your country's import regulations before placing an order.


3. Shipping Delays

We are not responsible for delays caused by:

  • Courier services
  • Customs clearance
  • Weather conditions
  • High demand periods
  • Events outside our control

Shipping times may vary depending on location and external factors.


4. Tracking

Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a tracking number via email.

It is your responsibility to monitor your shipment using the provided tracking details.


5. Incorrect Address

You are responsible for ensuring that your shipping address is correct at checkout.

We are not liable for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.

If an order is returned to us due to an incorrect address:

  • Reshipping costs will be charged to the customer

6. Lost or Stolen Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility transfers to the courier.

FALLACY is not liable for:

  • Lost packages
  • Stolen packages
  • Delivery issues after confirmed delivery

If your package is marked as delivered but not received, you must contact the courier directly.

We ship worldwide.

For international orders:

  • Delivery times may vary depending on destination
  • Customs clearance may cause delays
  • Import duties, taxes, and fees are the responsibility of the customer

We do not control or estimate customs charges.

If a delivery attempt fails and the package is returned to us:

  • The customer is responsible for reshipping costs
  • Original shipping fees are non-refundable

If the customer does not respond within a reasonable timeframe, the order may be treated as abandoned.

If you purchase a pre-order item:

  • Estimated shipping dates will be clearly stated
  • Delays may occur
  • Orders containing pre-order items may be shipped together

11. Multiple Items

Orders containing multiple items may be shipped in separate packages depending on availability and logistics.
